Booking conditions
Bookings:
All bookings must be done either through the website apartments.baltic-breeze.com, or by e-mail to: apartments@baltic-breeze.com. Bookings should include:

Your name

Your e-mail address
-
The apartment code
-
The dates of arrival and departure
-
The number of persons
-
Other requested services

Apartment bookings will be confirmed within 1 working day. Bookings are finalized after receiving the payment of the full amount for the ordered services.
Transfer of a booking:
Clients can transfer their booking to another person at any time. In such case, an administration fee of €20 will be charged.
Payment:

The following conditions apply for apartment bookings made at Baltic Breeze Travel, unless agreed upon otherwise:

The full payment has to be made 7 days before the arrival date. Please keep in mind a that normally an international bank transfer can take around 5 days.

Refund is not possible.

All apartment rates are per room per night including taxes.
Transaction information:

All payments must be made in Euros (€) by bank transfer to the bank account indicated on the invoice issued by Baltic Breeze Travel.

Personal or company checks are not accepted.

The client is obliged to refer to the invoice number when issuing the payment.

All charges for the banks' services are to be fully paid for by the payer, we do not accept shared cost transactions.
Deposit:
On the day of arrival the client:
-
is obliged to pay a €150 a fully refundable deposit.

receives a receipt for the deposit.
-
receives and a full description of the state of the apartment on arrival.
The costs for any damages done to the apartment will be subtracted from the deposit. Damages to an amount larger than 150 will be charged to the client separately. The deposit, or part thereof, will be refunded on the day of departure.
Cancellations:
Insurance:
Clients can buy a cancellation insurance for 20% of the total price of the ordered services. The cancellation insurance gives the right to cancel the booking at any time free of charge.
In all other cases the following applies:
Cancellations made:

more than 14 working days before the date of arrival are free of charge.

between 3-14 working days before the date of arrival are charged the equivalent amount of 1 night of the bookings.

between 3 working days before the date of arrival are charged the full amount of the ordered services.
Please note that the client has the right to transfer the booking to another person at any time.
The effective date from which the days to arrival will be counted is the day on which BALTIC BREEZE TRAVEL receives the written notice of cancellation. The effective dates can only be Mon. to Fri. before 6 p.m. Lithuanian public holidays excluded.
Bookings, cancellations or changes made by telephone are not accepted.
Refunding of made payments will be done within 14 days after cancellation.
